By accessing and using SupervisionCompass ("the Platform"), owned and operated by Arkline Systems, LLC ("Arkline"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the SupervisionCompass matching and management service
• "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform
• "Supervisor" refers to licensed clinical social workers providing supervision
• "Client" refers to individuals seeking supervision services
• "Content" refers to any information, data, text, or other materials uploaded to the Platform

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform

3.2 Account Security

• Users are responsible for all activities under their account
• Users must immediately notify the Platform of any unauthorized use of their account

4. Services

4.1 Supervision Services

• The Platform facilitates connections between Supervisors and Clients
• The Platform does not guarantee the quality or outcome of supervision services
• Supervisors are independent professionals and not employees of the Platform

4.2 Platform Features

• Users may access features including but not limited to:
  • Profile creation and management
  • Supervision matching
  • Session scheduling
  • Communication tools
  • Document sharing

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Professional Conduct

• Users must maintain professional standards at all times
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Users must respect the confidentiality of supervision relationships

5.2 Content Guidelines

• Users must not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Users must respect intellectual property rights
• Users must maintain the confidentiality of client information

6. Payment and Fees

6.1 Service Fees

• The Platform may charge fees for certain services
• Fees are subject to change with notice
• Users are responsible for all applicable taxes

6.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• The Platform is not responsible for payment processing issues

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• The Platform collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy
